Shipping policy

Signature Yarns calculates your shipping fees based on weight/dimensions and destination at checkout. A choice of carrier is available including Canada Post, Purolator, UPS and DHL. Local pickup/delivery is not available at this time. 

SHIPPING COSTS FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED STATES:

New import rules now demand that any US taxes/tariffs on goods coming from Canada be pre-paid prior to shipping.

At this time (September 2025) the process involves one extra step, where once your order is placed Signature Yarns will pre-pay the US Border Service Agency import tax fees, then Signature Yarns will contact you for repayment of this tax/tariff using your PayPal or a Credit Card account. Once this additional payment has been received, Signature Yarns will ship the product to you. 

PLEASE NOTE: Signature Yarns is not responsible for any additional fees/taxes/brokerage fees your Border Services Agency might charge you once your order is shipped. That is your responsibility to pay any additional fees your purchase may incur.
